The organization logo attached to your campaign must follow the below file size and dimension restrictions:
- Your logo must be no larger than 500 kb in file size.
- Your logo must be an image format such as: jpg, jpeg, png
- Your logo cannot be larger than 500 pixels wide by 500 pixels tall. We strongly suggest you resize your logo to 100 by 100 pixels for best viewing. If you require help with this, please contact support@donorhut.com.
