The campaign banner attached to the header of your campaign must follow the below file size and dimension restrictions:
- Your banner must be no larger than 500 kb in file size.
- Your banner must be an image format such as: jpg, jpeg, gif, png
- Your banner cannot be larger than 800 pixels wide by 200 pixels tall. We strongly suggest you resize your banner to 800 by 150 pixels for best viewing. If you require help with this, please contact support@donorhut.com.
