We charge all campaign owners a small platform fee of 2.1% per donation. Stripe, the payment processor, charges a transaction fee of 2.9% + 30 ¢ per donation as well (Stripe fees may vary per region ).
All platform fees collected by Donorhut goes towards improving our service, adding new features and ensuring a quality donation platform for all organizations to benefit from. Our platform fee of 2.1% is substantially lower when compared to the majority of other online donation platforms which typically charge between 5% to 7% + 2.9% + 30¢ per donation.
