Yes, when you process a refund through the Donorhut control panel within 15 days of receiving a donation you will not be charged the 2.1% platform fee or the 2.9% + 30¢ Stripe fee. 100% of the donation amount will be returned to your donor. Click here for a guide on how to process a refund.
Please note: All refunds processed through your Stripe dashboard will not be refunded the 2.1% Donorhut platform fee. Your donor will receive a 100% refund, however, your Stripe account will still be charged the 2.1% Donorhut platform fee. As such it is strongly suggested you only process refunds through your Donorhut control panel.
