All donations processed through your Donorhut campaign are sent to your Stripe account. All Stripe balances are sent to your bank account on a 7 day rolling basis unless otherwise configured. More information on Getting Paid at Stripe can be found on the Getting paid FAQ guide Stripe help document.
If you are experiencing issues with receiving your Stripe balance, you need to contact Stripe directly , Donorhut cannot assist with Stripe payment issues.
