PCI Compliance
Our payment processor is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the most stringent level of PCI certification available.
Encryption
All credit card numbers are safely stored with our provider and protected using AES-256 encryption. We do not store your credit card information in our systems.
SSL Security
All information sent to and from Donorhut is encrypted and securely sent using the latest 256-bit SSL encryption. This includes all of your donors information provided through your campaign page.
Session Management
View and Manage your Sessions
Forgot to log out of your Donorhut account on a public computer? No problem!
In your Donorhut control panel you can view and manage all active and authenticated sessions on your account. For each authenticated session there is the browser type, browser version, IP address, operating system, geographic location and last active period (date & time). View and terminate any active session on your Donorhut account and never be worried if you forgot to log out from a public computer or at an unsecured location.
